Tic Tac

The November 2004 USS Nimitz / Princeton incidents off the coast of Southern California — known popularly as “Tic Tac” for the elongated lozenge shape pilots described — are the most-cited modern US UAP encounters. The case re-entered public consciousness in 2017 when the FLIR1 video and pilot testimony were published, and it remains the central reference point for the contemporary AARO-era discussion.

Open UAP includes the AARO Tic Tac Executive Report (Pentagon-side analysis), the FLIR1 video case file, the GoFast case resolution (a related Atlantic-coast incident), and the underlying USS Nimitz 1997 / 2004 reference set. Read the Executive Report and the FLIR1 case together — the Pentagon framing and the video record both belong to the public file.
