Project Blue Book
Project Blue Book was the United States Air Force's official UFO investigation programme from 1952 through December 1969. Over those 17 years it logged 12,618 sightings, classified 701 as “unidentified”, and closed on the recommendation of the Condon Report. Special Report No. 14 (1955) was Blue Book's most rigorous statistical analysis. The programme is the foundational corpus of US-Government UFO investigation.
Open UAP carries Blue Book Special Report 14 (the foundational statistical document), the complete Status Reports series, a curated set of individual case files from the 1950s and 1960s, several motion-picture and photograph records, and the 1969 termination announcement. The Bolender memo (1969, released 1979 via Robert Todd FOIA) is the post-Blue-Book continuation memo.
