NASA records here include the 2023 UAP Independent Study Team final report and its three procedural antecedents (Federal Register notice, Terms of Reference, public-meeting agenda), the 1977 Carter–Frosch UFO correspondence reproduced in the Henry 1988 paper, and a set of Apollo-era crew debriefs and transcripts where UAP-relevant observations were logged. The IST report (Sept 2023) is the most recent flagship NASA UAP publication.

NASA distinguishes itself from defence-side UAP work by focusing on scientific methodology and atmospheric/space-environment context. Treat the IST report as a methodology document, not a sightings catalogue.
