Project Condign — MoD UAP study (2000)

Summary

Project Condign was the MoD's own classified study of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK Air Defence Region, commissioned in 1996 and completed in December 2000 (released 2006). This executive summary of the roughly 400-page report concludes UAP are real but attributes them to little-understood atmospheric plasma phenomena — the UK's nearest equivalent to the US Condon study.
